Therapy

Counselling, also known as psychotherapy, can help individuals struggling with mental health disorders and those dealing with distressing life circumstances. Kathryn specializes in working with the following:

  • Anxiety (including Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Phobias and Agoraphobia)

Kathryn has extensive training in evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She also incorporates components of Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness.
